شرح شغل:

• بررسی درخواست‌های خرید بر اساس نوع کالا، تعداد، سایر مشخصات فنی کالا و ارتباط مستقیم با واحدهای درخواست‌کننده.
• تهیه گزارشات درخواست‌های خرید ماهیانه و گزارشات مدیریتی.
• ثبت سفارشات خرید در سیستم و تهیه فرم‌های مناقصه و کمیته‌های خرید.
• پیگیری ارسال کالا از تامین‌کننده و دریافت فاکتور.
• ارزیابی اولیه و سالیانه تامین‌کنندگان.
• پرداخت فاکتورهای سفارشات.
• تهیه پیش‌نویس قراردادهای خرید.

شرایط احراز:

• سابقه کاری مرتبط در صنعت دارو.
• مسلط به اصول چاپ و بسته‌بندی در صنعت دارو.
