*شرح وظایف و مسئولیتها:
- همکاری در انجام بررسی های کارشناسی، تجزیه و تحلیل فعالیتها و تعیین ساختار شکست پروژه جهت عدم تداخل فعالیت ها و منابع
- تهیه و تنظیم برنامه زمان بندی اجرای مراحل مختلف پروژه
- همکاری و نظارت بر زمان بندی اجرای مراحل مختلف پروژه در چارچوب برنامه زمان بندی پیش بینی شده تا مرحله پایانی مطابق با دستورالعمل های صادره از بخش برنامه ریزی و کنترل پروژه
- تجزیه و تحلیل نارسایی ها و مشکلات ناشی از تاخیر و تعویق برنامه ها و مراحل اجرایی پروژه.
- تهیه گزارش در مورد پیشرفت و مشکلات اجرایی پروژه ها به مدیر برنامه ریزی و کنترل پروژه
- پیگیری تهیه مدرک Doc Reg از کلیه بخشها با تمام جزییات لازم شامل تعداد، عناوین و زمانهای ارائه مدارک و نفر ساعت مورد نیاز برای هر کدام از مدارک چه به صورت مدارک قابل ارائه و چه به صورت مدارک محاسباتی و یا Non Doc
- همکاری و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب در برنامه ریزی فعالیتهای پروژه و اخذ مصوبات لازم
- نظارت بر تهیه جداول ارزش وزنی فعالیتها
- نظارت بر تهیه جداول توزیع نیروی انسانی و مدت زمان پروژه
- ارائه لیست مدارک نهایی شده به همراه اعلام تغییرات در آنها به بخش DCC و دریافت گزارشات مرتبط با ترنسمیتالها و کامنت ها و موارد مربوطه از DCC
*شرایط احراز:
- حداقل لیسانس در یکی از رشته های صنایع / عمران
- حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار مرتبط
- آشنایی با مدیریت سیستم های اطلاعاتی
- آشنایی با فرایند فنی پروژه های نفت و گاز و پتروشیمی
- تسلط به نرم افزارهای Primavera ، MS Project ، MS Office
- سطح زبان انگلیسی بالاتر از متوسط
- آشنایی با روال تهیه مدارک پروژه
- تسلط بر فرایند تخصیص منابع در راستای افزایش بهره وری
- سابقه فعالیت در حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی

Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
