Job Description:

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks:

• Own and define the product backlog, and ensure that it accurately reflects priorities in line with the product strategy.
• Clearly articulate the customer needs and requirements in the form of user stories.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the backlog.
• Work closely with the development teams to ensure that the product backlog is ready for the next sprint.
• Engage with stakeholders, customers, and users to validate and collect feedback on delivered features.
• Accept or reject the work results from the development team.
• Facilitate the Agile processes and execution, escalate impediments, and allow the teams to clarify the queries regarding the acceptance criteria of the product backlog items.
• Actively manage risks and dependencies.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, and participate in continuous improvement of the product and process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Fluency in English speaking, reading, and writing is a must. You will be asked to meet with customers as needed, and you must be able to fluently lead a conversation in English.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and represent both the business and the customer.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira.
