Performance Marketing Manager
Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to drive our growth in the cryptocurrency space. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns across key digital platforms (Google Ads, Telegram, Instagram, and crypto-specific channels).
• Lead growth strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention across global markets.
• Execute influencer partnerships and media buys to enhance brand presence within the cryptocurrency and fintech ecosystems.
• Take full ownership of campaign execution, setting aggressive growth KPIs, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and optimizing placements.
• Manage campaigns to maximize ROAS and minimize cost per acquisition.
• Conduct advanced A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and create predictive models for scaling up.
• Provide detailed reports and strategic recommendations to leadership on campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Looker) to track performance and optimize the marketing funnel.
• Explore and test new crypto platforms (Telegram, Discord, trading platforms) for advertising effectiveness.
• Innovate with decentralized marketing strategies to enhance tracking, attribution, and transparency.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize the user journey, focusing on onboarding, signups, deposits, and trade volume.
• Own and improve key pages to enhance performance, user flow, and CTAs.
• Build and implement automated marketing processes, including retargeting and email drip campaigns.
• Leverage advanced targeting techniques (lookalike audiences, hyper-targeting) for personalized campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date with industry trends, platform shifts, and regulatory changes.
• Develop strategies to capitalize on market trends and stay ahead of competitors.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns aligned with product launches and company objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, delivering data-driven insights to influence high-level decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or tech.
• Proven success scaling paid campaigns in competitive markets with semi-high budgets.
• Advanced experience with platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and custom attribution models.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI) for complex reporting.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market, trading platforms, and blockchain technology.
• Experience optimizing for high-value users (LTV/CAC ratios) and a deep interest in staying ahead of market trends.
• Creative problem-solver with a bold approach to experimentation in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
