Data Team Lead

We’re looking for a Data Team Lead to build and guide a small, high-impact data team while owning our analytics and data infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and optimization of data pipelines and analytics solutions

• Own data warehouse architecture (star/snowflake schemas, incremental loads)

• Build and manage workflows using Airflow

• Work with ClickHouse to deliver fast, reliable analytics

• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for business teams

• Write and optimize complex SQL across large datasets

• Mentor 2–3 engineers and set best practices for data quality and reliability

• Partner with product and engineering to deliver data-driven solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in data engineering or analytics, with leadership experience

• Strong SQL skills (Postgres, Redshift, ClickHouse)

• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, modeling, performance tuning)

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT

• Solid knowledge of Airflow and ClickHouse
