Product Manager(Mirocab)

We’re building the next-generation mobility platform that connects passengers and drivers for intercity and long-distance rides — fast, reliable, and fair.
We’re now looking for a Product Manager who can own the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision to launch and help shape the future of mobility in our region.

key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for rider and driver experiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to deliver seamless product features.
• Analyze user behavior, ride data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into clear requirements and product specifications.
• Prioritize initiatives using data-driven decision-making and impact analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align product strategy with company goals.
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, user feedback, and KPI tracking.
• Benchmark competitors (e.g. Uber, Bolt, InDriver, BlaBlaCar) and propose innovations that fit local market needs.
  

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in mobility, logistics, transportation, or marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics (supply–demand balance, pricing, driver incentives).
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on mobile and backend products.
• Excellent analytical skills; ability to interpret product data and define actionable insights.
• Skilled in writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, or Looker.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies.
