We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior or Intern Product Analyst to join our Product team.
This role is ideal for recent graduates in Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields who are eager to apply analytical thinking to real business challenges.

As a member of the Product team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Assortment, Payment, and Conversion Optimization, contributing to data-driven decisions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and product performance across the Q-Commerce business.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources — such as surveys and user behavior data — to generate actionable insights and competitive benchmarks.
- Support ongoing projects within the Product, Logistics, Assortment, and Payment domains.
- Assist in designing and implementing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers and analysts to identify key business problems and propose data-backed solutions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to present findings and learn from senior analysts.
- Support data validation, KPI tracking, and the preparation of analytical documentation.
- Continuously learn and explore new analytical tools and techniques to improve efficiency and insight quality.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and basic statistical concepts.
- Curiosity to learn and explore new technologies and business domains.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Familiarity with Python, GA4, Power BI, or WebEngage is a plus.
