کارشناس فروش | Sales Expert

شرح شغل:

• توسعه و پیگیری فروش محصولات و خدمات شرکت
• نگهداری ارتباطات با مشتریان جدید و فعلی
• مدیریت و به‌روزرسانی داده‌ها در سیستم CRM
• تهیه گزارش‌های فروش و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها
• پاسخ‌گویی به سوالات و درخواست‌های مشتریان

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای Word و Excel
• تجربه کار با سیستم‌های مدیریت ارتباط با مشتریان (CRM)
• توانایی عالی در برقراری ارتباط و فروش
• عدم نیاز به تحصیلات دانشگاهی
• اقامت در تهران

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with CRM system
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No university education is required
