تحلیل روند بدهی‌ها و ارائه پیشنهاد برای بهبود فرآیند وصول مطالبات
رعایت اصول مشتری‌مداری
گزارش‌دهی مستمر به مدیریت
روحیه پیگیری و توانایی کار تیمی

Skills required:

Regular follow-up of outstanding customer claims
Establishing effective communication with customers and negotiating to determine appropriate repayment terms
Checking the status of accounts and providing periodical reports of overdue claims Past
Registration and Updating customer payment and debt information in the financial system
Analyzing debt trends and making suggestions for improving the debt collection process
Adherence to customer-oriented principles
Continuous reporting to management
Follow-up spirit and team work ability
