This role focuses on hiring top-tier talent for our technical (developer) and product teams—functions that drive Miare’s innovation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about recruitment but also brings structure, insight, and drive to every stage of the hiring process.Job requirementsKey Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment: Design and execute full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and product roles, ensuring speed and quality of hires.Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering and product leads to understand team needs, define role requirements, and build effective hiring strategies.Talent Sourcing & Job Marketing: Craft compelling job posts and publish them across appropriate channels, both general and specialized, to attract the right talent.Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct resume screenings, initial interviews, and coordinate technical evaluations; assess candidates’ fit across both skill and culture dimensions.Candidate Experience: Maintain a high-touch, positive candidate journey with timely communication and constructive feedback.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Track and analyze key hiring metrics, maintain the candidate database, and generate insightful recruitment reports for stakeholders.Tools & Documentation: Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) to manage documentation, pipelines, and dashboards efficiently.Required Skills and Attributes:Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, ideally within startups or tech-focused environments. A track record of hiring developers and product professionals is strongly preferred.Assessment Skills: Strong ability to evaluate both technical capabilities and soft skills, especially in programming and product domains.Communication Excellence: Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator with strong negotiation and feedback skills.Team Collaboration: Strong partnership mindset and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.Tech Fluency: Comfortable working with digital tools and recruitment systems; advanced proficiency in Google Workspace is a must.Drive & Accountability: A self-starter who takes ownership of roles, follows through on timelines, and is motivated to constantly improve hiring processes.
