کارشناس آزمایشگاه شیمی معدن مس | Copper Mine Chemical Laboratory Analyst

• انجام امور مرتبط اجراییی آنالیزهای دقیق بر پایه روش‌های تیتراسیون و شیمی تحلیلی
• بررسی جامع وضعیت اکسیدشدگی و درصد کل مس در مواد اولیه و محصول نهایی
• نگهداری صحیح و کالیبراسیون دستگاه های آزمایشگاهی جهت اطمینان از دقت نتایج
• آنالیز مس و ردیابی عناصری با غلظت پایین در نمونه‌های مختلف
• تهیه و ارائه گزارشات لازم به مدیر مربوطه
• مسلط به دستورالعمل ها و مقررات ایمنی در آزمایشگاه
• برنامه‌ریزی، نظارت و کنترل کلیه فعالیت‌های آزمایشگاهی بر اساس استانداردهای فنی و سیستم مدیریت کیفیت
• تهیه و بازنگری گزارش‌های مدیریت و نتایج آزمون‌ها
• کنترل و تائید گواهینامه‌های کالیبراسیون تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی و نظارت بر صحت عملکرد آن‌ها
• مستندسازی و به‌روزرسانی دامنه و محدوده فعالیت آزمون‌ها
• انجام آنالیزها و آزمون‌های فنی، تایید نتایج و ثبت مغایرت‌ها طبق استانداردهای مربوطه
• تهیه دستورالعمل‌های کاری، چارت‌های کنترلی و شاخص‌های عملکردی آزمایشگاه
• مدیریت و پایش پروژه‌های تضمین کیفیت، ممیزی‌ها و آزمون‌های مقایسه‌ای
• برنامه‌ریزی تامین ابزار و تجهیزات مورد نیاز آزمایشگاه و نیازهای آزمایشگاهی
• هماهنگی با آزمایشگاه‌های مرجع و مراکز کالیبراسیون بیرونی
• تدوین و پیاده‌سازی نظام مدیریت کیفیت آزمایشگاه بر اساس استانداردهای ملی و بین‌المللی
• تهیه گزارش‌های ماهیانه و دوره‌ای برای واحد کنترل کیفیت و مراجع نظارتی

• Performing precise analytical tests based on titration methods and classical analytical chemistry.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments of oxidation levels and total copper content in raw materials and final products.
• Proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
• Performing copper analysis and trace-element detection in various sample types.
• Preparing and submitting required reports to the relevant manager.
• Fully compliant with laboratory safety protocols, instructions, and regulatory requirements.
• Planning, supervising, and controlling all laboratory activities in accordance with technical standards and quality management systems.
• Preparing and reviewing management reports and test result documentation.
• Monitoring and verifying calibration certificates of laboratory equipment and ensuring their proper functionality.
• Documenting and updating the scope and range of laboratory testing activities.
• Performing technical analyses and tests, validating results, and recording discrepancies according to relevant standards.
• Preparing laboratory work instructions, control charts, and performance indicators.
• Managing and monitoring quality assurance projects, audits, and inter-laboratory comparison tests.
• Planning and managing procurement of laboratory instruments, tools, and required materials.
• Coordinating with reference laboratories and external calibration centers.
• Developing and implementing the laboratory quality management system based on national and international standards.
• Preparing monthly and periodic reports for the Quality Control Department and regulatory authorities.
