Responsibilities:
- Communicate and interact closely with product stakeholders to obtain requirements, identify and solve problems, and deliver new value.
- Developing product strategy according to the needs of customers and stakeholders
- Identify, define, and analyze product performance indicators, Customer Impact Metrics, and Customer Personas
- Collaborate as a member of a cross-functional team to find and develop the best solutions to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
- Drafting, updating, and ensuring the team moves along the product roadmap
- Product backlog management, iteration planning, user story description, and development, data analysis, and effect analysis
- Researching and searching for the latest market events and identifying new opportunities
Requirements:
- Familiarity with software development processes.
- Experience in formulating product strategies and managing product roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of product backlog management and task prioritization.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and behavior.
- Familiarity with customer data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Knowledge of product design concepts is a plus.
