شرح شغل:

• امور مربوط به بازرسی: بررسی معاملات و کلیه اطلاعات مالی ماهانه کارگزاری‌ها و بررسی صورت‌های مالی حسابرسی شده.
• امور مربوط به اعضا: عضویت و به روز‌رسانی اطلاعات کارگزاری‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با ساختار کلی بازار سرمایه.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات حاکم بر بازار سرمایه و کاربرد آن.
• آشنایی با قانون تجارت و کاربرد آن.
• آشنایی با شرکت های کارگزاری از منظر جایگاه و نحوه ی فعالیت آن‌ها.
• مسلط به استانداردهای حسابداری و صورت‌های مالی اساسی.
• مسلط به قوانین بیمه و مالیات.

Job Description: 1- Matters related to inspection: review of transactions and all monthly financial information of brokerages and review of audited financial statements. 2- Matters related to members: membership and update of brokerage information. Conditions for getting a job: 1- Familiarity with the general structure of the capital market 2- Familiarity with the rules and regulations governing the capital market and its application 3- Familiarity with Commercial law and its application. 4- Familiarity with brokerage companies from the point of view of their location and operation. 5- Mastery of accounting standards and basic financial statements. 6- Mastery of insurance laws and Tax
