شرح وظایف اصلی :

1- ثبت اسناد حسابداری مرتبط با چک‌ها گردش بانک و عملیات خزانه و مغایرت گیری بانک
2- ثبت روزانه اسناد حسابداری شامل خریدها ، تنخواه و هزینه های جاری شرکت
3- ثبت اسناد سفارشات خارجی و مغایرت گیری های مربوطه
4-کنترل گردش و رفع مغایرت حساب ها
5-بررسی و تایید صورتحساب ها در سامانه مودیان و تکمیل اطلاعات در سامانه
6-ثبت فاکتورهای فروش و مغایرت گیری های فروش
7-تهیه گزارشات جهت عملیات بهای تمام شده سفارشات
8-تهیه گزارشات مربوط به عملیات اظهارنامه ارزش افزوده

نیازمندی ها و توانایی ها :
1- دارای مدرک حداقل کارشناسی مالی یا حسابداری
2- حداقل 3 سال سابقه کار مرتبط
3-تسلط به نرم افزار حسابداری سپیدار سیستم ، راهکاران - (ماژول های حسابداری،خزانه، انبار،سفارشات خارجی،سامانه مودیان،فروش)
4-تسلط به ICDL علی الخصوص نرم افزار EXCEL
5- تسلط بر سامانه مودیان و کارپوشه مالیاتی
6- داشتن روحیه کار تیمی و نگرش سیستمی و انگیزش برای توسعه فردی .

Description of the main duties:

1- Registration of accounting documents related to checks, bank circulation and treasury operations and bank discrepancies
2- Daily registration of accounting documents including purchases, salaries and current expenses of the company
3- Registration of foreign order documents and relevant discrepancies
4- Control of circulation and resolution of account discrepancies
5- Checking and confirming invoices in the Modian system and completing information in the system
6- Registration of sales invoices and sales discrepancies
7-preparation of reports for operations on the cost of orders
8-preparation of reports related to the operations of added value declaration

needs and abilities:
1- having at least a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
2- at least 3 years of related work experience
3- mastery of Sepidar system accounting software, solutions - (accounting modules, treasury, warehouse, foreign orders, system Modian, sales)
4- Mastery of ICDL, especially EXCEL software
5- Mastery of Modian system and tax folder
6- Having teamwork spirit and systemic attitude and motivation for personal development.
