The Role
We're looking for a sharp, creative, and driven copywriter who’s not just fluent in English—but thinks in it. Someone who can write clean, compelling copy and is ready to grow into a leadership role.
As part of WeAI’s Marketing Team, you'll create content across web, social, video, UX, and product. You'll work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to shape narratives that move people—and metrics. This is a hands-on writing role, but for the right person, it’s also a stepping stone toward leading our content efforts.What You’ll Do
- Craft engaging, on-brand copy for a variety of channels
- Collaborate with design, UX, and product teams
- Shape messaging strategies across web, email, landing pages, and campaigns
- Conduct interviews and research to bring stories to life
- Edit and refine copy with a sharp eye and high standards
- Apply SEO and UX principles where it matters
- Manage blog contributors and content timelines
- Drive consistency, clarity, and creativity in everything we publish
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional written English and a strong storytelling voice
- Proven copywriting/content experience
- Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and UX writing
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead by example
- Confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn fast
- Bonus if you’ve managed writers or content calendars before
