Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects using provided leads or contact lists.
- Clearly explain and promote our marketing services (e.g., social media management, SEO, branding, content marketing, etc.).
- Engage potential clients in conversation to identify their marketing needs and challenges.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for senior sales representatives when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
- Follow call scripts and comply with company guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) – clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers over the phone.
- Basic understanding of marketing services and terminology is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to handle objections.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom).
