1- تسلط کامل در فرآیند ثبت سفارش و امور بانکی مرتبط با واردات کالا
2- تهیه و تنظیم گزارشات مرتبط به فعالیت‌های بازرگانی و امور واردات کالا
3- تسلط کامل به کامپیوتر، مجموعه برنامه‌های آفیس
4- تسلط کامل در سامانه‌های جامع تجارت NTSW و EPL جهت انجام امور بازرگانی - ثبت سفارش- تخصیص ارز- سهمیه‌بندی واردات- اخذ مجوزهای لازم از وزارت صمت (بخش تولید و بازرگانی)
5- آشنایی به اسناد تجاری، اینکوترمز، حمل و نقل و امور بانکی
6- آشنایی به امور مربوط به استاندارد اجباری کالاهای وارداتی و تولیدی
7- دارای روابط عمومی بالا و توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با سازمان‌های مرتبط (وزارت جهاد کشاورزی، صمت- سازمان استاندارد)
8- مراجعه حضوری به وزارت صمت و سازمان‌های مرتبط و بانک‌های عامل و بانک مرکزی به منظور پیگیری امور واردات کالا
9- خانم یا اقا حداکثر سن 45 سال
10- دارای حداقل مدرک کارشناسی
11- دارای حداقل 4 سال سابقه کار موثر در زمینه واردات
