وظایف کلیدی و مسئولیت های این موقعیت به شرح زیر است:
انجام فعالیتهای لازم در مورد ارزیابی نیازهای آموزش فردی و گروهی برای بهینه سازی آموزش و پرورش - انجام فعالیتهای لازم در مورد طراحی و برنامه های کاربردی. مؤسسات ، انتخاب و تعیین مربیان برای انجام دوره های آموزش و پرورش.
برای سازماندهی و برنامه ریزی تقویم آموزشی سالانه برای همه کارمندان برای توسعه و پیشرفت. برای ارائه بازخورد به زبان آموزان و صدور گواهینامه ها. اطلاعات سیستم جامع آموزش و پرورش (ایده) و مستند سازی.
الزامات:
مدرک لیسانس در مدیریت آموزشی ، مهندسی صنایع ، HRM یا سایر زمینه های مرتبط.
تا 3 سال تجربه مرتبط در یادگیری و توسعه استعداد.
مهارت در دفتر مایکروسافت. نرم افزارهای آموزشی مانند Dea.strong در ارتباطات مؤثر ، بازیکن تیم و پاسخگویی.

The mission of this position at Zarrin Group (Zarrin Pakhsh Co.) is to execute the education process to improve learning and education (training) in the organization

The Key Tasks and Responsibilities of This Position Are As Follows:

• To carry out the necessary activities regarding evaluating the individual and group educational needs to optimize education.
• To carry out the necessary activities regarding designing and programming educational courses.
• To evaluate the educational institutes, selecting and determining trainers for performing the education courses.
• To organize and program the annual educational calendar for all employees for development and progress.To give feedback to the learners and issue certificates.
• To assess the effectiveness of the executed courses for development and progress.To monitor the educational processes to identify problems and fix and improve them.
• To participate in employee development and learning projects.
• To carry out the necessary activities regarding completing the information of the comprehensive education system (IDEA) and documenting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Management, Industrial Engineering, HRM, or other related fields.
• Up to 3 years of related experience in talent learning and development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Proficiency in need assessment techniques, educational standards, and learning styles.
• Familiar with educational programming principles, competency models, and comprehensive educational software such as DEA.Strong in effective communication, a team player, and accountability.
