Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: You must be able to speak and write in English easily. Your language level should be at least C-level.
- Resume Format: Only resumes written in English and following proper format will be reviewed.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- SEO/SEM Skills: Hands-on experience with search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (Google Ads), and keyword research tools.
- Analytics Knowledge: Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and data-driven performance analysis.
- Social Media Marketing: Deep understanding of organic and paid social strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Email and SMS Campaigns: Experience with lifecycle marketing, automation flows, and campaign performance optimization.
- Content Strategy: Ability to guide and manage content creation aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Marketing Automation Tools: Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
- Creative Collaboration: Experience collaborating with designers, copywriters, and developers to bring campaigns to life.
- Project and Time Management: Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and tasks under tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
- Trend Awareness: Strong interest in staying updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support business goals.
- SEO/SEM Execution: Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and manage paid ad campaigns across search and social.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report performance of campaigns using analytics tools and suggest improvement strategies.
- Social Media Management: Plan and oversee the publishing of engaging content and campaigns across social platforms.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Design and deploy automated and manual campaigns tailored to segmented audiences.
- Content Coordination: Work with content creators and designers to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
- Conversion Optimization: Run A/B tests and optimize CTAs, landing pages, and conversion paths.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate marketing plans and performance to internal teams and external partners.
- Tool & Tech Integration: Leverage digital tools to streamline marketing activities and improve performance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain structured reporting on KPIs, budgets, campaign calendars, and ROI.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Campaign Review: Begin the day by reviewing ongoing campaign KPIs and planning daily priorities.
- Team Collaboration: Attend meetings with design, content, or sales teams to align on marketing initiatives.
- Content & Asset Planning: Plan upcoming email, social, or paid campaign assets with creative teams.
- Analytics Monitoring: Review dashboards and conversion data to tweak underperforming campaigns.
- Audience Segmentation: Segment and refine contact lists for targeted campaign delivery.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on competitor moves, digital trends, and industry benchmarks.
- Copy Review: Edit and improve marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and ads.
- CRM & Automation: Update customer lifecycle flows and troubleshoot automation glitches.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly reports for internal stakeholders.
- Learning & Development: Dedicate time for skill advancement and tool proficiency.
