Marketing & Client Services Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized and results-driven Marketing & Client Services Manager to lead and coordinate both RMPro product marketing and our Marketing Services team.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can own the marketing function while ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for RMPro (SaaS B2B product in North America).
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the marketing services team (SEO, content, design, video, reporting).
- Organize and manage the team backlog to ensure tasks are clear, prioritized, and on track.
- Lead client reporting processes and ensure service quality and timelines are met.
- Communicate directly with international clients — track needs, present results, and build trust.
- Collaborate with leadership to define marketing goals and translate them into team-level tasks and KPIs.
- Work with the sales team (or directly handle early-stage sales/account conversations if needed).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B/SaaS or digital services.
- Strong experience in team coordination, client/account management, and reporting.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) — able to join client meetings and write marketing content or reports.
- Hands-on familiarity with project/task management tools (Notion, Trello, Sheets, etc.).
- Proactive communicator with the ability to track tasks and deliverables transparently.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with the North American market.
- Background in sales or proposal writing.
- Experience in performance marketing, content strategy, or SEO.
