Job Overview
We are seeking a highly self-motivated and independent Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role requires someone who can work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement, support, and digital marketing performance. The ideal candidate is innovative, organized, and confident in managing responsibilities independently while collaborating with the broader team when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Create, schedule, and optimize content to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Proactively engage with users, respond to messages and comments, and identify trends or issues.
- Manage customer inquiries and support tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Take initiative to improve workflows, response quality, and the user experience.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and suggest innovative ideas to improve results
- Maintain consistent brand voice and professional communication across all channels.
Required Qualifications
- Full fluency in English (conversation, reading, writing, and comprehension)
- Proven experience managing social media platforms independently.
- Experience working with ticketing or customer support systems
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently
- Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
Work Conditions & Compensation
- Fully remote position
- Part-time role, up to 80 hours per month
- Compensation is based on actual hours spent on each task
- Availability required on an on-call basis outside of usual working hours
