مدیر تولید | Production Manager

*وظایف و مسئولیت های کلیدی:
-بهینه سازی برنامه‌های تولید مطابق با ظرفیت کارخانه و تقاضای بازار
-نظارت بر عملکرد خطوط تولید و رعایت استانداردهای ایمنی، بهداشت و کیفیت
-مدیریت تیم‌های تولید و ارتقاء مهارت‌های کارکنان
-همکاری با واحدهای کنترل کیفیت، تحقیق و توسعه، لجستیک و فروش
-تحلیل داده‌های تولید و ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی
-شناسایی نقاط ضعف و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود فرآیند
-مشارکت در توسعه محصولات جدید از منظر تولیدپذیری
-نظارت بر رعایت الزامات قانونی و استانداردهای صنعت غذایی (HACCP، ISO، GMP)

*شرایط احراز:
-مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته های مهندسی صنایع، صنایع غذایی، مدیریت صنعتی یا رشته‌های مرتبط
-حداقل 7 سال سابقه در حوزه تولید صنایع غذایی، ترجیحاً در زمینه لبنیات، بستنی یا نوشیدنی
-تجربه مدیریت تیم‌های تولید و آشنایی با سیستم‌های مدیریت تولید
-تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط و ابزارهای کنترل تولید
-توانایی تصمیم‌گیری سریع، حل مسئله و مدیریت بحران
-مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و روحیه کار تیمی
-آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای ایمنی و بهداشت صنعتی

*Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Optimize production programs in accordance with factory capacity and market demand
-Monitoring the performance of production lines and observing safety standards, health and quality standards
-Managing the production teams and promoting staff skills
-Cooperate with Quality Control Units, Research and Development, Logistics and Sales
-Analysis of production data and presentation of managerial reports
-Identifying weaknesses and providing strategies for improvement of process
-Participate in the development of new products from a manufacturing perspective
-Monitoring the legal requirements and standards of food industry (HACCP, ISO, GMP)

*Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial engineering, food industry, industrial management or related fields
-At least 5 years of experience in the field of food industry production, preferably in the field of dairy, ice cream or beverage
-Management experience of production teams and familiarity with production management systems
-Mastering relevant software and production control tools
-Ability to make quick decision -making, problem -solving and crisis management
-Strong communication skills and teamwork morale
-Full familiarity with industrial safety and health standards
