مسئولیت های کلیدی

• About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by supporting recruiters, managing candidate communications, and coordinating interviews. If you are passionate about HR, highly organized, and enjoy working with people, I would love to meet you.

• Key Responsibilities

-Support end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
-Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and similar tools to manage candidate pipelines.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
-Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates and guidance throughout the process.
-Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely updates in the ATS.
-Collaborate with recruiters and HR team members to improve hiring workflows.

• Requirements

-Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR best practices.
-Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Interest and enthusiasm for HR and Talent Acquisition.
