شرح موقعیت شغلی

مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

رهبری و مدیریت یک تیم تحقیق و توسعه (10 تا 15 مهندس و متخصص)، با تأکید ویژه بر انگیزه، ارزیابی عملکرد و توسعه حرفه‌ای برای دستیابی به حداکثر بهره‌وری

توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های تحقیق و توسعه، از جمله شناسایی فرصت‌های نوآوری در الکترونیک، پردازش سیگنال و طراحی دستگاه‌های پزشکی برای سمعک‌ها و راه‌حل‌های سلامت گو

نظارت بر پروژه‌های تحقیقاتی از ایده‌پردازی تا تولید، با تمرکز بر مدیریت کارآمد جدول زمانی، بودجه و منابع برای تسریع زمان ورود به بازار

همکاری با تیم‌های چندوظیفه‌ای (به عنوان مثال، تولید و بازاریابی) برای همسوسازی اهداف و حل چالش‌های پیچیده در توسعه دستگاه‌های پزشکی

تجزیه و تحلیل روندهای فناوری جهانی و ادغام آنها در محصولات شرکت، با استفاده از ابزارهای پیشرفته مانند هوش مصنوعی و یادگیری ماشین برای فناوری‌های پیشرفته شنوایی

ارائه اسناد فنی و گزارش‌های استراتژیک به رهبری ارشد، با استفاده از مهارت‌های مدیریتی قوی برای ارائه بینش‌های عملی

ترویج فرهنگ نوآوری و مدیریت تغییرات سازمانی برای مقابله با فشارهای رقابتی در بخش تجهیزات پزشکی

الزامات و صلاحیت‌ها:

تحصیلات: مدرک لیسانس مهندسی الکترونیک از یک دانشگاه معتبر و مدرک کارشناسی ارشد الکترونیک یا پردازش سیگنال (اجباری)

تجربه: حداقل 8 سال در تحقیق و توسعه، شامل حداقل 5 سال در سمت‌های مدیریتی (مثلاً سرپرست یا مدیر پروژه)، که با موفقیت‌هایی مانند رهبری تیم‌های با عملکرد بالا و بهبود کارایی پروژه‌ها نشان داده شده باشد

مهارت‌های کلیدی:

قدرت مدیریت استثنایی: توانایی اثبات‌شده در رهبری تیم‌های بزرگ، حل اختلافات و ایجاد محیط‌های کاری مشارکتی (تأکید ویژه بر این شایستگی)

تسلط به زبان انگلیسی (حداقل سطح پیشرفته، برای بررسی متون فنی، همکاری‌های بین‌المللی و مستندسازی)

دانش عمیق از نرم‌افزارهای شبیه‌سازی الکترونیک (مانند MATLAB، SPICE) و ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه (مانند MS Project یا روش‌های چابک)

مهارت‌های تحلیلی پیشرفته برای پردازش داده‌های پیچیده و تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر داده در زمینه‌های تجهیزات پزشکی

Job Description

As the Senior R&D Manager, you will lead the strategic direction of our research and development team in a dynamic environment focused on innovative medical equipment, with a specialization in ear-related technologies and hearing aid production. This role emphasizes strong leadership and management prowess to guide multidisciplinary teams, drive project success from concept to commercialization, and foster a culture of excellence in a competitive healthcare landscape

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a research and development team (10-15 engineers and specialists), with a strong emphasis on motivation, performance evaluation, and professional development to achieve peak productivity

• Develop and execute R&D strategies, including identifying innovation opportunities in electronics, signal processing, and medical device design for hearing aids and ear health solutions

• Oversee research projects from ideation to production, focusing on efficient management of timelines, budgets, and resources to accelerate time-to-market

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., manufacturing and marketing) to align objectives and resolve complex challenges in medical device development

• Analyze global technology trends and integrate them into company products, utilizing advanced tools like AI and machine learning for enhanced hearing technologies

• Provide technical documentation and strategic reporting to senior leadership, leveraging robust management skills to deliver actionable insights

• Promote a culture of innovation and manage organizational change to address competitive pressures in the medical equipment sector

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from a reputable university, and a Master’s degree in Electronics or Signal Processing (mandatory)

• Experience: At least 8 years in R&D, including a minimum of 5 years in managerial roles (e.g., project lead or supervisor), demonstrated by successes such as leading high-performing teams and improving project efficiencies

Key Skills:

◦ Exceptional management strength: Proven ability to lead large teams, resolve conflicts, and build collaborative work environments (strong emphasis on this competency)

◦ Proficiency in English (advanced level minimum, for technical literature review, international collaborations, and documentation)

◦ Deep knowledge of electronics simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project or Agile methodologies)

◦ Advanced analytical skills for processing complex data and data-driven decision-making in medical device contexts
