Role Overview:
As the Data Analysis Team Lead at SnappShop, you will lead a team of 3 analysts, transforming data into actionable business insights. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will combine strong technical expertise with business understanding to drive strategic decision-making and support e-commerce growth.
Duties:
- · Lead and mentor a team of 3 data analysts to deliver high-quality analytical insights.
- · Develop, optimize, and maintain complex data pipelines using PySpark and SQL.
- · Apply advanced analytical methods to interpret large datasets, uncover trends, and generate business recommendations.
- · Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility.
- · Define actionable metrics that align with business goals and track performance effectively.
- · Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and design data-driven solutions.
- · Present findings and insights to leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
- · Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes and tools.
Requirement:
- · Proven experience in data analysis or data science, with leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- · Advanced proficiency in PySpark and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- · Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices.
- · Strong business acumen, including knowledge of business operations and financial metrics.
