• Job Description
• We are looking for a FO Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring our services to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL and be capable of analyzing data to support our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• availability and performance
• Utilize SQL to write queries, analyze data, and generate reports for decision-making
• Identify and inform responsible teams for service issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding data management and security

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in service monitoring and SQL database management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with service monitoring tools and software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• flexibility in shift scheduling and the ability to work in a 24/7 team
• knowledge in SQL, database management, or related fields

• Saturday to Wednesday 8 to 17
