سابقه موردنیاز: 3 تا 5 سال سابقه در عملیات و لجستیک دریایی، شامل کانتینری و بالک
وظایف کلیدی:

برنامه‌ریزی و هماهنگی عملیات حمل دریایی برای محصولات شرکت (از مبدأ تا مقصد).

تنظیم قرارداد حمل، بیمه، انبار و ترمینال؛ انتخاب فورواردر، کشتی، تانکر یا تناژ مناسب.

پیگیری اسناد حمل و نقل ( Bill of Lading ، Packing List، Manifest و…) و اطمینان از تطابق با قرارداد.

کنترل فرآیند بارگیری و تخلیه در بنادر، بررسی هزینه‌های دموراژ (demurrage) و جرائم مربوطه.

ثبت و گزارش هزینه‌های لجستیک، ترمینال، انبار، حمل داخلی و خارجی؛ ارائه گزارش دوره‌ای به مدیر دسک.

همکاری با واحد ساپلای، فروش و دفتر مرکزی برای تضمین تامین به موقع محصولات و تحویل به مشتری.

تحلیل نقاط ضعف عملیات لجستیکی، پیشنهاد بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها، کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش بهره‌وری.

اطمینان از رعایت مقررات بین‌المللی و محلی حمل‌ونقل دریایی، بندر، انبار، ترمینال.
مهارت‌ها و الزامات:

حداقل مدرک کارشناسی (ترجیحاً مهندسی دریایی، لجستیک، ترابری یا مدیریت زنجیره تأمین).

تجربه کاری واقعی 3 تا 5 سال در عملیات حمل دریایی (کانتینری و بالک).

آشنایی با فرآیندهای بندری، ترمینال، تخلیه، بارگیری، دموراژ و هزینه‌های لجستیکی.

توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای لجستیک یا ERP، Excel حرفه‌ای، گزارش‌­گیری مالی هزینه‌ها.

مهارت بالای ارتباطی، توانایی مذاکره با فورواردرها، کشتی‌ها و ترمینال‌ها.

توانایی تحلیل هزینه‌ها، پیشنهاد بهبود فرآیندها، دید تجاری برای کاهش هزینه و بهبود خدمات.

Experience Required: 3 – 5 years in marine operations & logistics, both container and bulk cargo
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate marine freight operations for the company’s product lines (origin to destination).

Negotiate freight contracts, insurance, terminal and warehouse services; select forwarders, vessel, tanker or cargo tonnage.

Manage shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Manifests) and ensure compliance with contracts.

Monitor loading and discharge operations in ports, manage demurrage and penalty costs.

Record and report logistics costs (terminal, warehouse, inland transport, sea freight) and present periodic reports to the desk manager.

Collaborate with supply, sales and central office teams to ensure product supply and timely delivery to customers.

Analyse logistics process inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, cost reductions and increased operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with international and local maritime, port and terminal regulations.
Skills & Requirements:

3 – 5 years’ hands-on experience in marine freight operations (container & bulk).

Good understanding of port operations, terminal discharge/loading, demurrage, and logistics cost structuring.

Proficient with logistics or ERP software, strong Excel skills, cost-reporting ability.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with forwarders, vessel operators and terminal services.

Commercial mindset with ability to analyse costs and suggest optimisation.
