Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in team leadership and development.
Skills:
