Job Description
We’re seeking a strategic and user-centric Product Manager to lead the evolution of our fintech mobile application. This role is pivotal in shaping product vision, driving feature development, and delivering seamless digital experiences that meet the needs of users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and user insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact features
- Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation and MVP design to launch, iteration, and optimization
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging fintech innovations to maintain product differentiation
- Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements that enhance usability and engagement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech or mobile-first environments
- Strong understanding of digital finance, payment systems, wallets, and data privacy standards
- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and iterative development cycles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for solving real user problems
- Fluent in user experience principles and capable of turning insights into intuitive features
