We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for translating business goals into effective marketing strategies, coordinating efforts across content, social media, SEO, paid channels, CRM, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Provide insight to define integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, product launches, seasonal opportunities, and growth goals.
- Translate business briefs into channel-specific marketing initiatives, messaging frameworks, and execution timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with social media managers, SEO specialists, content creators, designers, and performance marketers to ensure a unified campaign narrative and efficient workflow.
- Act as the central point of coordination between all marketing stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Stick to clear KPIs and success metrics for each campaign; regularly monitor performance across channels.
- Data analyses and iterative optimizations to improve results continuously.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for synergy across marketing efforts.
- Communication & Reporting
- Deliver campaign briefs, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Document campaign outcomes and learning to contribute to institutional knowledge and future planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing strategy, or integrated marketing roles.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social, SEO, content, paid media, and email.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in campaign analytics and marketing performance tools.
