Back-End Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer (Mid-level+) to join our engineering team. You will work on building and maintaining our financial platform, designed with scalability and performance in mind. The role requires hands-on development, troubleshooting, and contributing to the design and architecture of our services. You should be able to take full ownership of small to medium features, provide guidance to less experienced developers, and proactively suggest improvements in technology and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Golang
• Build and optimize APIs (RESTful and gRPC)
• Implement and maintain data persistence with PostgreSQL using GORM
• Work with Redis for caching and performance optimization
• Collaborate with team members to ensure scalable and maintainable architecture
• Deploy services on Kubernetes and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
• Integrate with S3 for object storage solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Suggest improvements to codebase, architecture, and development processes
• Balance speed of delivery with long-term maintainability and quality

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience with Golang
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs (preferably GORM)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and gRPC communication
• Hands-on experience with Redis
• Proficiency with Git and GitLab
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes
• Ability to work independently on tasks and take ownership of features
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
• Good understanding of scalability and optimization techniques

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-related projects
• Familiarity with building or maintaining Telegram bots
• Background in financial systems or fintech platforms
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
