Responsibilities
- Develop merchandising plans based on customer insights, brand strategy, e-commerce goals
- Initiatives to achieve substantial uplifts in revenue, site conversion and average order size, improve user experience, and enhance product discovery and content.
- Collaborate with account mangers and other departments include product team to improve product merchandising during the campaign
- Responsible for the management and day-to-day updates and maintenance of ecommerce page and campaign landing pages
- Accountable for the effective management of the Product Life Cycle, including new product launches and product substitution process.
- Constantly monitor app and navigation on it and make suggestions and implement these to improve the customer journey, whilst understanding the commercial impact of these changes.
- Provide market, competitive, strategic and tactical information to help better introduce/implement products, and campaign message
- Provide fast & accurate daily reports of actions
- Monitoring different KPIs for business and marketing and delivering insight about improving each KPI
- Measure the impact of different actions in all aspects of marketing with data driven approach
Requirements
- Organizational skills
- Having experience in working in marketing fields and campaign merchandising
- Strong communication skills and marketing resources analysis
- Has Background in data analysis is a must
