We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and being the first choice of each user in Iran.About Role:As a senior/Mid software test engineer, you’re daily struggling with testing newly developed and fixed bugs of previous features. This includes performing acceptance tests, writing new test cases and all other options which makes you almost 100% sure that the feature would not make an issue on the users’ devices.Responsibility:Acceptance/API testing of mobile and web Snapp’s products, find their potential bugs and properly report themUsing related tools to prepare detailed bug reportsDesign, write and execute test cases for new/current featuresPrioritize test cases and define bug severityLearn and share knowledge with other team membersRequirementsStrong analytical view with a problem-solving attitude. Teamwork skills including communication skills and task management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence). Quick learner, with a willingness to dive in and learn everything required Experience in defining test cases and working with test management tools like TestRail. Experience in writing SQL queries. Experience in working with Test management tools like TestRail. Familiar with API testing tools like Postman. Experience in writing Linux commands Strong knowledge of concepts of web-based applications and APIs. Experience in working with version control applications like Git, SubVersion, etc. Written communicator, able to document software behavior and submit bug reports Ability to manage a test plan among a group of people. Strong software debugging skills Good English language skills. Exploratory thinking Strong knowledge in one of the programming languages like Python
