Job Description:Gather, analyze, document, and model business requirements according to organizational standardsCreate and develop analysis documents based on UML standardsTest and evaluate product features and processesCommunicate with the product owner and business stakeholders to gather and assess system needs and requirementsParticipate in working sessions with the technical team or key stakeholders to present product features and obtain approvalQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Industrial Engineering (Systems Analysis)Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software/Business AnalystExtensive knowledge of software engineering requirements and documentation with respect to standard analysis and object-oriented designExpertise in software and business analysis and requirements documentationFamiliarity with financial, investment, and stock exchange systemsFamiliarity with programming, SQL, BPMN, RUP, and UMLAbility to meet deadlines, manage time, and prioritize tasks
