About the Role
The mission of the Registration Review Specialist is to accurately and efficiently review, verify, and process daily applicant registrations, ensuring that only eligible and complete submissions proceed to the next stage. This role exists to maintain data integrity, improve the quality of the applicant pipeline, and support a smooth and reliable onboarding process. The specialist ensures timely decision-making (approve/reject) with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify 100% of daily registrations within the same workday and categorize them as approved, rejected, or needs follow-up.
- Achieve an accuracy rate of at least 98% in data validation and decision-making.
- Enter and update applicant information in Google Sheets / CRM with zero missing or duplicated fields.
- Communicate inconsistencies or missing documents to applicants or the internal team within 2 hours of discovery.
- Improve the processing speed to maintain an average handling time (AHT) of under X minutes per registration
- Maintain complete confidentiality and compliance with internal data protection guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to report daily statistics
Job requirements:
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, missing data, and document mismatches with precision.
- Strong data-entry accuracy, capable of processing high-volume information with minimal errors.
- Excellent time management skills, with proven experience in meeting daily operational targets and managing high-throughput workloads.
