• آشنایی کامل با اقلام صورت‌های مالی بانک‌ها و توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل آن.
• آشنایی کامل با امور اجرایی و استانداردها و قوانین فناوری اطلاعات.
• آشنایی با بخشنامه‌ها، دستورالعمل‌ها و قوانین و مقررات بانکی.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی.
• آشنایی کامل با مهارت‌های هفتگانه ICDL.
• روابط عمومی و قدرت بیان مناسب و داشتن روحیه کار تیمی.
• مهارت کافی در گزارش‌نویسی.

Complete familiarity with the items of financial statements of banks and the ability to analyze them. Complete familiarity with executive affairs and information technology standards and laws. Familiarity with circulars, instructions and banking laws and regulations. Familiarity with English language. Complete familiarity with Seven ICDL. Public relations and the power of appropriate expression and having the spirit of team work. Sufficient skill in report writing.
