Installation, Launch and Support for Kaspersky Solutions in Organizations
Response to Customer Technical Requests (in -person, telephone or telephone)
Analyzing and fixing security problems reported by users
Documentation of processes and preparing technical reports
collaborate with Kaspersky International Team in Special Cases
And information security
mastery or experience with antivirus software (especially kaspersky)
Introduction to various operating systems (Windows and Linux is an advantage)
High accuracy, problem solving ability, learning spirit, and teamwork
Priority with people who have practical experience in implementing security solutions
