نیازمند‌ی‌های پایه‌ای
• مدرک کارشناسی در یکی از رشته‌های آموزش، مدیریت، زبان انگلیسی و یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط
• داشتن حداقل 2 سال تجربه‌ی کار مرتبط در حوزه‌ی آموزش
• آشنایی خوب به زبان انگلیسی
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی، هماهنگی و مدیریت دوره‌های آوزشی
• دقت بالا در مستندسازی و تحلیل داده‌های آموزشی
• سن بین 25 تا 35 سال
• داشتن کارت پایان خدمت یا معافیت برای آقایان ضروری است.


مهارت‌های و شایستگی‌های کلیدی
• مهارت در آموزش و توسعه‌ی نیروهای انسانی
• آشنایی نسبی به زبان انگلیسی برای ارتباط با دانشگاه‌های خارج از کشور
• برقراری ارتباط مستمر با دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزشی خارج از کشور با هدف دریافت آخرین اطلاعات، قوانین و تغییرات پذیرش
• تهیه و به روزرسانی محتواهای آموزشی برای تیم‌های فروش و مشاوره
• نیازسنجی آموزشی نیروهای داخلی و طراحی برنامه‌های توسعه‌ی مهارت‌های تیم
• هماهنگی برگزاری دوره‌های تخصصی با اساتید و دانشگاه‌های بین‌المللی
• همراهی با مدیریت در ارزیابی علمکرد آموزشی تیم‌ها و ارایه‌ی گزارش‌های تحلیلی

Basic requirements
• Bachelor's degree in one of the fields of education, management, English language or other related fields
• Having at least 2 years of related work experience in the field of education
• Good familiarity with English
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage training courses
• High accuracy in documenting and analyzing educational data
• Age between 25 and 35 years
