Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications

• Build scalable backend systems and APIs

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code

• Optimize applications for speed and scalability

• Integrate data storage solutions and manage databases

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement features

• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and technical issues

• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making

• Mentor junior developers and share best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience

• Strong expertise in Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask, etc.)

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and performance optimization

• Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks

• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)

• Understanding of software design principles and clean architecture

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
