مدرک تحصیلی:
لیسانس در حسابداری، امور مالی، یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
1 تا 3 سال تجربه مرتبط در حسابداری دارایی‌های ثابت، عملیات مالی، یا نقش‌های مشابه.
دانش عملی حسابداری دارایی‌های ثابت، روش‌های حسابداری از قبل و دارایی‌های ثابت قوانین سرمایه‌گذاری.
تجربه کار با سیستم‌های مالی یا پلت‌فرم‌های erp و تهیه گزارش‌های مالی مرتبط با دارایی‌های ثابت.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate classification, depreciation, and disposal of all assets.
Oversee fixed asset acquisitions, transfers, and retirements while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Reconcile fixed asset accounts and investigate discrepancies to maintain financial data integrity.
Support monthly and annual financial closing processes by providing accurate fixed asset reports and schedules.
Conduct periodic physical verification and audits of fixed assets to confirm existence, condition, and location.
Prepare reports on asset capitalization, depreciation, movements, and disposals.
Monitor compliance with tax regulations, and internal accounting policies.
Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate recording of capital expenditures.
Assist in developing and improving asset management and tracking processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide recommendations for optimizing fixed asset utilization and cost management.
Participate in system improvements related to asset management within related platforms.
Support external and internal audit requirements concerning fixed assets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in fixed asset accounting, finance operations, or similar roles.
Practical knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles, depreciation methods, asset valuation, and capitalization rules.
Experience working with financial systems or ERP platforms and preparing fixed asset-related financial reports.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
Familiarity with financial controls, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and communicate financial information clearly.
