We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCRM Manager to join our growing marketing team. The eCRM Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and maximize lifetime value. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where creativity and analytical thinking are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn rates.
- Utilize customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to identify opportunities for targeted retention initiatives.
- Design and implement automated email marketing campaigns, personalized messaging, and customer engagement programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data analytics, and customer service to optimize the end-to-end customer experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to iterate and optimize retention tactics.
- Monitor key retention metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retention marketing, customer lifecycle management, or CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Expertise in SMS and email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and a passion for developing customer-centric marketing strategies.
- Expertise in utilizing API and web-services related to CRM integration and basic tech knowledge is preferred.
- You have extreme ownership and result oriented mindset.
- You have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
