Due to the expansion of Digikala’s B2B platform, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Sales Specialist in the mobile category. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the customer network, providing expert consultation on digital products, and managing the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification to order delivery. Responsibilities:
• Identify, acquire, and develop new retail customers in the mobile and accessories category.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts.
• Provide expert consultation to companies and mobile retailers for bulk purchases.
• Prepare quotations, issue proforma invoices, and follow up on the sales process until completion.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, finance, logistics, and support teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing in the mobile and accessories segment.
• Provide periodic reports on sales performance, customer status, and opportunities.
• Achieve periodic sales targets and contribute to the growth of Digikala’s B2B market share.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in mobile and accessories sales.
• Strong knowledge of mobile brands and technical specifications.
• Proven experience in negotiating and selling to mobile retailers and mid- to large-sized businesses in the mobile and accessories sector.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Strong teamwork spirit, high follow-up ability, and accountability.
