رئیس برنامه ریزی فروش و عملیات | Head of Sales & Operations Planning

وظایف و مسئولیت ها :
• هدایت فرآیند S&OP و برگزاری جلسات ماهانه و هفتگی با واحدهای فروش، توزیع، تأمین، مالی و برنامه‌ریزی تولید.
• تحلیل تقاضا (Demand Planning) بر اساس تاریخچه فروش، روندها، فصل‌پذیری و داده‌های بازار.
• مدیریت و کنترل شاخص‌های سطح سرویس (Service Level)، موجودی ایمن، و جلوگیری از کسری و ضایعات.
• طراحی و ارائه داشبوردها و KPIهای S&OP شامل:
• Demand Accuracy / Bias
• OTIF
• Freshness & Shelf-life Management
• Lost Sales Analysis
• ارتقای یکپارچگی زنجیره تأمین و ایجاد رویکرد Cross-functional میان بخش‌های سازمان.

شرایط احراز:
• حداقل 5 سال تجربه مرتبط در حوزه S&OP، Demand Planning یا Supply Chain در صنایع لبنیات، نوشیدنی یا FMCG.
• آشنایی کامل با مدیریت موجودی، برنامه‌ریزی تولید، زنجیره تأمین پخش سراسری.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و تسلط بر Excel، Power BI، ERP
• مهارت بالا در مدیریت جلسات، تصمیم‌سازی و هماهنگی بین واحدها.
• قدرت تحلیل، دقت بالا و توانایی ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی

Responsibilities
• Lead the S&OP process and conduct monthly and weekly meetings with Sales, Distribution, Procurement, Finance, and Production Planning teams.
• Analyze demand based on sales history, market trends, seasonality, and market data.
• Manage and control key service level indicators, safety stock, and prevention of stockouts and waste.
•Design and present S&OP dashboards and KPIs, including:
• Demand Accuracy / Bias
• OTIF
• Freshness & Shelf-life Management
• Lost Sales Analysis
• Enhance supply chain integration and build a cross-functional approach across organizational departments.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain within dairy, beverage, or FMCG industries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, production planning, and nationwide distribution supply chain.
• Ability to analyze data and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Strong skills in meeting management, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
• High analytical capability, accuracy, and ability to prepare managerial reports.
