Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who is not just good with platforms and dashboards, but someone who thrives in challenging, restricted environments.
You’ll lead our paid user acquisition strategy across digital and social channels, designing high-performing campaigns—even when the rules aren’t in your favor. Your mindset is creative, your execution is strategic, and blockers don’t scare you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (PPC, display, social, affiliates) with a focus on web3/gaming industry constraints
- Develop creative workarounds and compliant strategies for platforms with advertising limitations
- Lead experimentation with paid channels including Google (if allowed), Telegram, native ads, push networks, and alternative platforms
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs across CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and engagement
- Collaborate with design/content/data teams to localize creatives and optimize performance
- Constantly research ad policy updates and seek innovative paid acquisition routes
- Run A/B tests and funnel experiments to improve conversions under traffic restrictions
- Support in scaling acquisition efforts in GEOs with different regulatory landscapes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, ideally in betting, gaming, crypto, or other restricted verticals
- Proven ability to launch and scale campaigns in platforms with strict ad policies
- Deep knowledge of tracking tools, attribution models, and retargeting strategies
- Hands-on experience with paid social (Telegram, Youtube), programmatic, native, and affiliate traffic
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Metabase
- Creative mindset and problem-solving approach in complex ecosystems
Nice to Have
- Background in managing black/gray hat media buying strategies (where legally applicable)
- Experience in anonymized advertising (VPNs, cloaking, etc.)
- Familiarity with ad review processes and how to preemptively align with ad guidelines
- Past experience scaling acquisition in fast-growth platforms or similar regulated sectors
