مدیریت اجرای مسکن‌سازان در هلدینگ مادر مال (مجتمع تجاری ـ تفریحی)، واقع در استان خوزستان ـ شهرستان دزفول، مسئولیت نظارت و مدیریت پروژه‌های ساخت و توسعه مجتمع را بر عهده دارد. این جایگاه نیازمند تسلط به مهارت‌های فنی و اجرایی در صنعت ساخت‌وساز است و بر هماهنگی بین بخش‌های مختلف و کنترل بودجه تمرکز دارد.

لازم به ذکر است محل استقرار در هلدینگ مادر مال ـ واقع در شهرستان دزفول است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• مدیریت تیم‌های اجرایی و پیمانکاران.
• نظارت بر اجرای پروژه‌های ساخت و توسعه مجتمع.
• هماهنگی بین بخش‌های فنی، مالی و اجرایی.
• کنترل بودجه و زمان‌بندی پروژه‌ها.
• پیگیری اخذ مجوزهای لازم از مراجع ذی‌ربط.
• حل تعارضات و مذاکره با ذی‌نفعان.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت پروژه (MS Project و Primavera).
• آشنایی با قوانین ساخت‌وساز و مجوزهای شهرداری.
• مهارت مذاکره و حل تعارض.
• مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی ارشد.
• رشته تحصیلی: مهندسی عمران.
• سابقه کار: 7 سال در مدیریت پروژه‌های عمرانی یا تجاری.

Housing Management Management in Holding Male Mall (Commercial -Recreational Complex), located in Khuzestan province, Dezful city, is responsible for monitoring and managing the construction and development projects of the complex.
