Follow up on inquiries and build lasting client relationships.

Oversee project progress to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Handle contracts, payments, and negotiations efficiently.

Analyze competitors’ strategies and implement best practices for success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing accounts on freelancer platforms.

Strong expertise in writing compelling proposals and bids.

Familiarity with project management, client relations, and online contracts.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
