نرمین تجارت پارسه به دنبال یک مدیر فروش و بازاریابی با تجربه است که در تهران مستقر شود. این نقش مستلزم رهبری تیم فروش و بازاریابی، تدوین استراتژی‌های موثر و اجرای برنامه‌های فروش برای افزایش سهم بازار و رشد سازمان است.

شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های بازاریابی و فروش برای دستیابی به اهداف تجاری.
• رهبری و مدیریت تیم‌های فروش و بازاریابی برای بهبود عملکرد و افزایش بهره‌وری.
• ارزیابی بازار و نظارت بر رقبا برای شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید.
• تعامل با مشتریان کلیدی و ایجاد روابط بلندمدت با آن‌ها.
• تهیه گزارش‌های منظم از عملکرد فروش و بازاریابی به مدیریت ارشد.
• مدیریت بودجه‌های بازاریابی و تضمین استفاده بهینه از منابع.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه‌ قابل توجه در مدیریت فروش و بازاریابی.
• توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم‌های مختلف.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مذاکره‌ای قوی.
• توانایی تحلیل و ارزیابی بازار و رفتار مصرف‌کننده.
• آشنایی با ابزارها و تکنیک‌های بازاریابی مدرن.

Qualifications:
