We’re seeking an Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on B2B Performance Marketing in the context of software solutions, to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies tailored to our B2B audience, driving brand visibility, engagement, and meaningful conversions within the software development industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn,
Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Set up and manage campaigns for both English and Persian-speaking audiences.
- Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs
to maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR) and prepare actionable
reports.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create campaign assets
(ads, landing pages, lead magnets).
- Manage retargeting campaigns and build remarketing funnels.
- Optimize ad budgets based on lead quality and business goals.
- Suggest new performance marketing channels or tactics based on results
and market trends.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in managing B2B performance marketing campaigns (preferably
in tech, SaaS, or software sectors).
- Proficiency in experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads,
and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in paid lead generation strategies (search ads, display
ads, retargeting).
- Proficiency in managing campaigns in English and Persian
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize
based on real data.
