Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by reaching out to new leads and managing the sales process from start to finish using CRM.
- Keep all customer interactions, sales activities, and updates recorded in CRM.
- Support existing accounts, handle contract renewals, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Communicate effectively with clients, negotiate deals, and provide guidance on product usage.
