Job Description: As our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast) across our social media platforms for multiple startups. This role requires versatility to adapt strategies and content for different industries, driving engagement and aligning with each brand's voice and objectives.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and manage content calendars for multiple startups across different industries, ensuring alignment with each company’s goals and campaign schedules.
● Create and curate engaging content tailored to the specific needs and audience of each startup.
● Stay abreast of industry trends across different sectors to effectively reflect current and emerging technologies in our social media strategies.
● Analyze social media campaigns for multiple accounts, providing insights and strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
● Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts, preferably across various industries.
● Fluent in English with exemplary writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
● Experience in creating and managing content calendars and crafting customized social media campaigns.
● Proficient in graphic design tools.
● Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or a relevant field is preferred.
● Creative skills for generating new and innovative ideas.
