هدف شغل (Job Purpose)
برنامه ریزی، اجرا و کنترل فرآیندهای فروش، بازاریابی و تأمین مصالح استراتژیک شامل: شن، ماسه، قیر در پروژه های راه سازی و عمرانی با هدف تأمین بموقع، کنترل هزینه ها، حفظ کیفیت فنی، افزایش سودآوری پروژه ها و رعایت الزامات قراردادی و کنترلی.

گزارش‌دهی مستقیم به: مدیر پروژه

تعامل کاری با:
مدیران پروژه و تیم‌های پروژه در شرکت‌های تابعه
واحدهای مالی، حقوقی
پیمانکاران، کارفرمایان و تأمین کنندگان


حدود اختیارات:
مذاکره اولیه با مشتریان، پیمانکاران و خریداران در چارچوبدسیاست های شرکت
پیشنهاد قیمت
پیگیری اجرای قراردادها تا مرحله تسویه


شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌های کلیدی
الف) فروش و توسعه بازار
• شناسائی فرصت های فروش مصالح در پروژه های عمرانی، راه سازی، ساختمانی و حفاری
• مذاکره با کارفرمایان، پیمانکاران و خریداران عمده مصالح
• ارائه پیشنهادات فنی و مالی متناسب با نیاز پروژه ها
• مشارکت در انعقاد قراردادهای فروش مصالح در چارچوب سیاست های مصوب شرکت
• پیگیری اجرای تعهدات قراردادی تا تحویل نهایی
ب) تأمین و بازرگانی مصالح
• مذاکره قیمت و شرایط تحویل و تسویه با خریداران
• کنترل کیفیت، مقدار و زمان تحویل مصالح مطابق مشخصات فنی
• هماهنگی با واحدهای لجستیک و پروژه جهت حمل و تحویل بموقع
• پایش مستمر قیمت ها و شرایط بازار مصالح
ج) مدیریت قراردادها و اسناد
• تهیه پیش نویس قراردادهای فروش و تأمین مصالح با همکاری مشاور حقوقی
• کنترل مفاد مالی، تضامین، شرایط پرداخت و جرائم تأخیر
• ثبت و بایگانی اسناد، قراردادها و صورت وضعیت ها
• پیگیری وصول مطالبات و همکاری با واحد مالی
د) رعایت الزامات حاکمیتی و کنترلی
• رعایت دستورالعمل های داخلی، کنترل های مالی و الزامات حاکمیت شرکتی
• همکاری در فرآیندهای حسابرسی داخلی و خارجی
• رعایت اصول شفافیت، سلامت اداری و منافع سهامداران


مدرک تحصیلی: حداقل کارشناسی در مهندسی عمران، مدیریت بازرگانی، مدیریت صنعتی یا رشته های مرتبط

Job Purpose
Planning, implementation and control of sales processes, marketing and supply of strategic materials including: sand, sand, bitumen in road construction and construction projects with the purpose of timely supply, cost control, maintenance of technical quality, increasing the profitability of projects and compliance with contractual and control requirements.

Description of key duties and responsibilities
A) Sales and market development
• Identification of material sales opportunities in construction, road construction, construction and drilling projects
• Negotiation with employers, contractors and major buyers of materials
• Providing technical and financial proposals according to the needs of the projects
• Participation in the conclusion of material sales contracts within the framework of the company's approved policies
• Follow-up of contractual obligations until final delivery
b) Supply and trading of materials
• Negotiating price and terms of delivery and settlement with buyers
• Controlling quality, quantity and time Delivery of materials according to technical specifications
• Coordination with logistics and project units for timely transportation and delivery
• Continuous monitoring of prices and market conditions of materials
c) Management of contracts and documents
• Drafting of sales and supply contracts with the cooperation of legal advisors
• Control of financial provisions, guarantees, payment conditions and late crimes
• Recording and filing of documents, contracts and status statements
• Follow up on collection of claims and cooperation with financial unit
d) Compliance with requirements governance and control
